The hotel is quiet and close to the beach, which is convenient. The pool was out of service during my stay, which was disappointing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent place with clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast had good variety. The pool area was small and could use more space. Close to the beach and golf course. Nice touch with the fireplace in the room.

I loved how convenient it was to walk to the beach in just a few minutes, along with being a short stroll from fantastic spots like the Chinook Winds Casino and Regatta Park, making it easy to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Lincoln City; the comfortable rooms provided all the essentials such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which really added to the enjoyable experience. it would be nice to have a designated adults-only time for the pool area.

The staff was friendly, and the room was impressively clean and modern. I loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were, making it hard to get up. Breakfast had great vegetarian options, but the eggs and sausage needed serious attention. I faced issues with room keys, and our first few rooms weren’t ready or clean. Fleas were a surprise with the dog-friendly room. The shuttle to the casino was a highlight, and despite the bumps, the night was peaceful. Communication about the water shut-off could have been better.

I was really frustrated when I checked in and found out the side doors were locked, forcing me to haul all our luggage to the front. No one bothered to mention this at check-in, and it was such a hassle!

Room size was good, and the mattress was exceptional, though one was firmer, which I appreciated. there were issues. The back door lock needs fixing. We faced confusion regarding pet policies. Some staff seemed misinformed or unhelpful. Card keys were a nuisance; we went through too many. maintenance needs attention; empty shampoo dispensers and broken ice machines were bothersome. There’s potential here, but inconsistency in service and communication could deter repeat visits. A few adjustments could elevate the experience significantly.

We hit up some sick hiking trails near Gleneden Beach and even caught a sick river spot there. the 24, hour shuttle to Chinook Winds Casino was clutch for our late, night adventures. The outdoor activities in the area were straight, up dope!
Yo, it would've been even more epic if there was a cool outdoor party area for young peeps like us to chill and vibe together.

The location of the hotel was ideal, close to various facilities, restaurants, the beach, and a casino, offering convenience for guests. The service from the staff, especially John, was outstanding, providing excellent and professional assistance throughout our stay. The pool and spa facilities were well-maintained, always clean and stocked with ample towels for guests to use.
On the negative side, check-in was delayed past the indicated time due to staffing issues. Additionally, there were issues with room amenities, such as empty shower products and a lack of bathroom supplies that needed to be requested.

During our recent stay at the Holiday Inn, I was impressed by the comfortable bed and the selection of breakfast foods offered. The beddings and pillows were top, notch, and the breakfast spread was definitely a highlight of our stay. there were several areas that left much to be desired. The room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cat urine, which was quite off, putting, especially considering we were traveling with our small dog. The layout of the room was inconvenient, particularly the bathroom design that made it difficult to enter and the lack of proper lighting in certain areas. the experience at check, in was quite unpleasant due to the unhelpful attitude of the staff member we encountered. there were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, with leftover items found on the carpet and issues with the housekeeping services not fully restocking essential amenities like towels and toilet paper. The lack of functioning amenities such as the ice machines on the floors and the non, working fireplace in the room added to the overall disappointing experience. It was also frustrating to discover that the hotel lacked proper management and training, leading to a subpar stay for us. While there were aspects of the hotel that showed promise, such as the modern amenities and convenient location, the overall experience was marred by various inconveniences and shortcomings.
